I got the bag. What now?

Our bags require at least 12 hours in the freezer to achieve maximum results. For a faster freeze, fold the bag and place it in a position that it rests on the back of the freezer (and as close to the ice machine as possible). If you freeze more than one bag at a time, it may take a little longer for bags to freeze completely. Place them as far apart as possible and allow at least 14 hours of freezing.

How long does the bag stay frozen?
Our bag was created to stay frozen for up to 12 hours under room temperature conditions (21 degrees). The time may vary depending on the environment you are in, if you are outside and very hot, the cooling time can be shortened. Especially during Israel's hot summer.
In addition, if you open and close the bag a lot, the cold will start to "escape" and will slowly cool down less.
The freezing time of the products can be extended by introducing pre-frozen products.

Can a hot thermos be put in a bag?
Putting a hot product in our frozen bag is not the most ideal. However, if you do not freeze the bag it will definitely insulate and keep the heat of your food and hot drink for a while.

Cleaning and maintaining the bags

What is the best way to clean your bag?

The method we most recommend is manual, just take soap and hot water or move a wipe with antibacterial material inside the bag. You can clean with a sponge the parts that may be difficult to reach. After cleaning, it is mandatory to let the bag dry outside with the zipper open so that all sides dry evenly before returning the bag to the freezer to prevent the accumulation of ice and then moisture on the bag. Our bags are not intended for use in washing machines, dryers, dishwashers or microwaves because all of these devices can damage the gel on the sides of the bag and destroy its freezing capabilities. Also do not use bleach or any chemical other than regular washing powder to clean the bag.

Can moisture or moisture accumulate in the bag?

It all depends on the weather and the external and internal conditions in the bag. Our bags are designed to keep products frozen, cold and even products that come at room temperature cold and even to cool them. If hot products enter the frozen bag or if the bag is in unusually hot weather, drops of moisture can form on the sides of the bag. But since our bags are made of waterproof fabric, the moisture and humidity will not transfer to the outside of the bag and will leave it completely dry from the outside.

Are the bags resistant to mold?

Since the bag is supposed to be frozen and clean every night, the cold is supposed to kill most types of bacteria and prevent mold from forming but we can not completely guarantee that this will not happen. We can also recommend cleaning the bag as much as possible to prevent the growth of bacteria inside the bag. If you use the bag every day, it is recommended that you clean it on the weekends. If you use soap and water or just wipes, let the bag dry for a few hours and ventilate openly to prevent bacteria or ice from accumulating inside the bag during freezing.
